NX MATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Clear rules for using the network.
By registering for, accessing or using NX Mate, each member agrees to these platform conditions. These terms apply to load posters, carriers and transport-related service providers.
Platform role
NX Mate is a digital connection platform only. It introduces load posters, carriers and transport-related service providers, but is not a carrier, freight broker, mechanic, employer, agent or party to arrangements made between members.
Eligibility and accounts
Members must be legally able to enter agreements, provide genuine registration details and keep account access secure. Each member is responsible for activity carried out through their account.
Member checks
Before accepting work, members must independently check identity, ABN, licences, registrations, insurance, experience, vehicle and equipment suitability, availability and all legal or safety requirements.
Listings and information
Loads, services, locations, availability and account details must be genuine, accurate, current and lawful. Members must promptly correct or remove information that is no longer accurate.
Direct arrangements
Members agree directly with each other on scope, timing, loading, delivery, service standards, cancellations and documentation. NX Mate does not supervise or perform transport or roadside work.
Rates and member payments
Members negotiate and settle their own rates, taxes, invoices and payment terms. NX Mate does not set member pricing, hold freight payments or guarantee that another member will pay.
Membership fees
Access to marketplace contact details requires an active paid membership. Role-based membership is $29.99 for the first month, then $49.99 per month. All Access membership is $59.98 for the first month, then $79.99 per month. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not retrospectively refund an elapsed billing period except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Members must not post illegal, unsafe, deceptive or discriminatory content; misuse another person's information; send spam; interfere with the platform; or use NX Mate for fraud or unlawful activity.
Platform availability
NX Mate is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change and temporary interruptions may occur. NX Mate does not guarantee a minimum number of loads, responses, bookings or service outcomes.
Risk and disputes
Members remain responsible for goods, vehicles, work, safety, insurance, agreements and disputes. Members should resolve service or payment issues directly; NX Mate may provide reasonable platform support but does not decide private disputes.
Suspension and removal
NX Mate may remove listings or suspend or close accounts where information appears misleading, unsafe or unlawful, these terms are breached, fees remain unpaid, or action is reasonably required to protect the network.
Changes and governing law
NX Mate may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Australia.
